Quick reference for enabling user’s accessability on automounted USB drives.
This is done in ArchLinux but I’m sure is perfectly viable to any Linux using Udev service.

Access rights is managed by Udev service and can be configured as below. This is taken from ArchLinux WIKI where there are many other options you might want to implement if you scroll down on their page
